The FRM/FEM sampling method descriptions were added for PM₁₀ and PM_2.5.

October 9, 1998

The first set of method descriptions are presented for your review and comments. We focused on the FRM/FEM methods for ozone, NO₂, and CO to provide a well documented basis from which to evaluate and fine tune the scope, content, usefulness, and presentation style of the method descriptions.
